The Fun Theory

This is a good illustration of how making something fun can change our behaviors.

People interested in developing cross-cultural and international skills learn to approach things differently... this is where creativity comes into play. It's not only language, but also actions.  In fact, I have always found that actions with the right attitude are often the best solutions for many sticky situations.  Creativity and fun.

Any suggestions on how to make difficult cross-cultural encounters more fun?
